Role Summary/ Purpose:
We are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced sales professionals to join 3Aworld, a leading Real Estate Company for Sales of Residential/Commercial property in Noida. This is a target based job, needless to state that achieving the target is must to all.
This business-to-business sales professional should be able to prospect target accounts for new business, maintain an existing territory of business as well as establish and work with partners.
To generate leads by meeting the prospective clients and to acquire HNI Customers.
To develop and maintain relationships with customers.
To adhere to company policies and procedures.
To ensure that the targets are achieved according to the business plan.
To prepare status report on the deals those which are under various stages of progress/ negotiation.
Identifying potential customers, negotiating terms & deal closure.
To handle client queries.
Will be accountable for all the client/broker dealing with respect to the selling of residential/commercial projects
Maximize revenues from existing clients and repeat business
Business generation ability through direct and indirect channels.
Should be able to initiate and participate in various lead generation activities like roadshows, exhibitions, corporate, etc.
Should have no inhibitions in travelling.
Salary: Best in the industry ( 2.5 to 5 lakh)
Experience: 2-5 years with leading Developers/ Builder/ Brokerage Firms/ Insurance
(Fresher with an extra ordinary sales skill can also apply)

Desired Candidate Profile

2+ years of experience in direct sales from Real Estate or Banking/Insurance/Hospitality
Experience in B2C Sales/Direct Sales/Advisory Sales.
Candidate must be willing to travel within their work location.
Good communication & interpersonal skills (Fluency in English will be an added advantage.).
Person should be Confident, should have good selling & Positive aptitude. Knowledge of management principles, ability to manage multi-tasking.
The candidate should have own conveyance.
