You can cancel anytime. We collect subscriptions at the beginning of the month. If you cancel in the middle of the month then the subscription for that month is not refunded. Refunds are processed only for payments that you have made in advance

Yes, training is free, extensive and included in your subscription. Training is provided for your new joinees in the team and also for new feature releases on a regular basis. If you have additional training needs, speak to your dedicated customer success team and we will arrange it for you. For all practical purposes training is unlimited.

There are no hidden setup costs. Everything is included in your Subscription cost.
